Each team works through a structure modelled on military organisation, from its Zero to section commanders. Tasking and information have a clear route.
Every team contains multiple sections. Players work within their section while commanders coordinate the wider plan and react to a changing AO.
Run by airsoft players, for airsoft players. Unnamed operator is independent—there is no large events company and no one-size-fits-all game format. Each event briefing explains the structure, pace and expectations before you book.

We do not provide rental packages. You do not need prior experience with Unnamed operator, but you should have played airsoft before and bring the equipment listed for the event.
Book onto the same team as your friends and enter a shared group name so staff can place you in the same section where balance allows.
Review the joining instructions, bring mandatory safety equipment and arrive ready to support your section and the wider event. Staff can find your booking at check-in; the QR code simply makes that faster.
