The terms that apply when using this website, booking an airsoft event or buying a gift card.
These terms apply when you use the Unnamed operator website, book an event, buy a gift card, or request UKARA administration. Please read them before placing an order. The event page, checkout summary and any event-specific terms shown before payment also form part of your contract.

Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal use, including reviewing events, making bookings, managing tickets, buying gift cards and, when enabled, requesting UKARA administration. You must not attempt to bypass security, gain unauthorised access to restricted areas, interfere with the service, scrape it in a way that harms availability, submit malicious content or use another person's private link without authority. Attempts to gain unauthorised staff access may result in a site ban.
Website content is provided for general event information. Event dates, availability and requirements are confirmed on the relevant event page and during checkout. External sites are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Booking and contract formation
- An event listing is an invitation to book, not a guarantee of availability.
- You must provide complete and accurate player and contact information, select an eligible ticket, team and role, and accept the rules, waiver requirement and ticket terms. Accurate information is a condition of booking and participation.
- A pending-payment record does not secure a place. Unless an event states otherwise, an unpaid record may be cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
- A contract is formed when we issue a booking confirmation or confirmed ticket and, where payment is required, accept the applicable payment.
- Tickets are issued to the named player and are non-transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
We may reject and refund an order where the player is banned or ineligible, the price was clearly erroneous, capacity is unavailable or fraud is reasonably suspected. If event-specific information conflicts with these general terms, the event-specific information takes priority for that event. Safety instructions and lawful marshal directions always apply on site.
Price, deposits and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless checkout clearly says otherwise. The event page identifies whether the price covers a day, a whole event, a deposit or the full amount. You remain responsible for any clearly disclosed balance by its stated due date or at check-in.
Payments are processed by the method selected at checkout. We do not ask you to send payment-card details by email. A test-only payment method does not create a valid purchase and is clearly marked wherever it is enabled.
Discounts, loyalty rewards, gift cards and player balance are subject to their displayed eligibility, value and expiry. They cannot reduce an order below zero or be exchanged for cash except where the law requires otherwise.
Unable to attend, cancellation and refunds
Our events are leisure activities supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. The usual 14-day right to cancel a distance contract does not generally apply to that type of booking. This does not affect any statutory remedy you may have if we breach the contract, cancel the event, materially misdescribe it or the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
If you cannot attend, use the private ticket page to release your place. Any voluntary refund depends on the event policy shown before purchase. It may require the relevant allocation to sell out and may be calculated as a stated percentage. A limited rejoin window may be offered after release, but rejoining is possible only while the original allocation still has space and before a refund progresses.
Approved refunds are returned according to the refund method shown or agreed with you. Where a payment method cannot be refunded automatically, the refund may require manual processing. Gift-card-funded amounts are returned as player balance and have no cash value, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and cancellation by us
Airsoft events may need proportionate changes to timings, objectives, teams, roles, equipment limits or site rules for safety, weather, venue restrictions or operational reasons. We will communicate material changes using the contact details supplied with the booking.
If we cancel an event, or make a material change that means the booked service is no longer reasonably equivalent, we will provide the remedy required by law. This will ordinarily include a refund of the affected amount to the original payment method unless you expressly choose an offered alternative. We are not responsible for separate travel, accommodation or equipment costs unless the law requires otherwise, so consider refundable arrangements.
Eligibility, equipment and safety
Events are for self-equipped players with previous airsoft experience; we do not provide rental packages. The current minimum age is 13, subject to any higher event or venue restriction. A player under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain on site and retain responsibility for supervision. Under-18 players must use the protective equipment specified in the rules.
The player attending must be the person named on the booking. At check-in, we may reasonably ask the player to show valid government-issued photo identification to confirm their identity, age or booking details, including where information is inconsistent or an active event restriction may apply. We normally inspect identification only and do not retain a copy or document number for event admission. If materially inaccurate information has been supplied, or a reasonably requested identity or age check cannot be completed, we may refuse participation. That refusal does not automatically create a refund entitlement, but it does not affect any statutory rights.
Participation is conditional on signing the required waiver and risk acknowledgement, attending the safety briefing, using approved protective equipment and complying with the site and game rules. Airsoft and the terrain on which it is played involve risks of injury. You are responsible for judging whether you are fit to participate and for raising relevant safety concerns before play.
Every weapon used at an event is subject to chronograph testing with a chronograph authorised by Unnamed operator or the host site. The limits for the specific location, the event testing method and the authorised chronograph reading apply in every case, and no weapon may exceed applicable UK legal limits. Any Unnamed operator staff member may repeat a chronograph test or weigh the ammunition being used at any point.
A weapon that exceeds an event or location limit cannot be used unless it is adjusted and passes another authorised test. We recognise that weather, temperature, gas pressure, equipment tolerances and other physical factors can cause small fluctuations; a marginal high reading alone will not be treated as cheating.
Where we reasonably believe a player has made a clear and deliberate attempt to defeat chronograph or ammunition controls, we may refuse participation, remove the player from the event or impose a future-event ban. We may report serious suspected offences to the police, including where a weapon is found grossly to exceed applicable UK legal limits.
A waiver records acknowledgement of risk; it does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Conduct, removal and bans
We may refuse participation, remove a player from an event or impose a future-event ban where reasonably necessary for safety, serious misconduct, violence, dishonesty, repeated rule breaches or the protection of players, staff and venues. Removal for the player’s breach does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Staff may ask for a player's name so an incident can be recorded fairly. A player may decline to provide it, but may then be removed and refused future bookings. Conduct records are handled under the Privacy Policy; ordinary notes expire under the configured retention period, while serious incidents and active bans may be retained longer where necessary and proportionate.
An active future-event ban withdraws any permission Unnamed operator is able to grant for that person to attend its events. Where a venue operator or landowner has authorised Unnamed operator, its staff or its volunteers to control event access, a banned person must not enter or remain on the land for that event.
Attempting to evade a ban by changing booking details, using another person's details or asking someone else to book may result in cancellation without refund. Where evasion is reasonably suspected, technical identifiers associated with earlier bookings may also be used to prevent another order. We may also refuse entry, notify the venue or landowner and take legal action where the circumstances reasonably justify it.
Gift cards and player balance
- A gift-card purchaser must provide an accurate recipient email and must have permission to supply the recipient's details.
- Paid gift cards are delivered on or after the selected time through the scheduled email service. The purchaser's private order link can be used to check status, correct the recipient email, resend or print the gift.
- Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value and expire on the date shown at purchase and in the delivery email, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- The holder is responsible for keeping the code secure. We may suspend a card where misuse or fraud is reasonably suspected.
- Unused value remains on the gift card until used or expired. Any qualifying refund attributable to gift-card credit is issued as player balance, which is subject to its separately displayed expiry.
UKARA registration and renewal administration
The UKARA area is available only when Unnamed operator enables it. An automated readiness result is based on the attendance held in our system and the configured rules. It is an initial check, not a UKARA registration, renewal, guarantee of acceptance or substitute for administrator verification.
You must be at least 18, provide accurate identity, address and contact details, and use the email address associated with your attendance record. Staff may require evidence of identity and address and must verify the application before recording a UKARA number as issued or renewed. We may correct an attendance error, reject incomplete or inaccurate information, or pause processing where further evidence is reasonably required.
The administration fee shown before submission pays for Unnamed operator's checking and processing service; UKARA player registration itself is free. Eligibility and payment do not guarantee issue. The fee is non-refundable where we can fulfil that processing service, including where a request is rejected because the details or evidence supplied are incomplete or inaccurate. We will refund the fee if our recorded-attendance check incorrectly says you are eligible when you are not, or if Unnamed operator cannot complete the registration or renewal for another reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Renewal readiness uses the recent-attendance rule shown in the UKARA area. A free-renewal code waives the configured administration fee only after that attendance rule is met; it does not bypass eligibility or staff review. Discount and renewal codes remain subject to their displayed event scope, expiry and single-use limits.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that the law does not permit us to limit.
Subject to that paragraph, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business loss arising from a consumer booking, or for loss caused by your breach, unsafe equipment or failure to follow the rules and safety instructions.
Complaints, changes and governing law
Please contact info@example.com with your booking reference and a clear description of the problem. We will review complaints fairly and may ask for information needed to investigate.
We may update these terms for future use. The version presented when a booking or purchase is made applies to that contract unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with you.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live.
